Standard Enrollment
Save $159 per year on preventive care alone!
$35/month ($420 per year)
Annual enrollment includes:
- Two dental cleanings
- Two doctor exams (comprehensive or periodic)
- One emergency exam
- All x-rays and topical fluoride (as needed)
- 20% off treatment
For patients age 13 or older with regular cleanings and absence of periodontal disease.
Perio Enrollment
Save $260 per year on preventive care alone!
$50/month ($600 per year)
Annual enrollment includes:
- Three periodontal maintenance cleanings
- Two doctor exams
- One emergency exam
- All x-rays and topical fluoride (as needed)
- 30% off SRP
- 20% off treatment
For patients age 13 or older with ongoing perio maintenance due to periodontal disease.
The Not-So-Fine Print
Exclusions & Benefits:
- No annual maximums, waiting periods, or deductibles — just straightforward savings.
- Cosmetic teeth whitening and orthodontics are excluded from the 20% discount.
- Orthodontic treatments will receive a $750 discount off the standard fee.
- Payment is required for all treatments at the time of service.
- The membership is non-transferable to other patients, family members, or dental practices.
- Please note this is not an insurance plan and cannot be combined with any existing insurance coverage.
